here is one i love:

4 (1 ounce) squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
2 tablespoons cold milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (6 ounce) HONEY MAID pie crust graham cracker
1 medium banana sliced
2 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 serving size) jello vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP divided


1.) microwave chocolate, 2 tbsp. milk, and the butter in medium microwave bowl on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter is melted, stirring every 30 seconds. stir until chocolate is completely melted. spread evenly onto bottom of crust. refrigerate 30 minutes. or until chocolate is firm. arrange banana slices over chocolate layer.
2.)pour 2 cups cold milk into large bowl, add dry pudding mixes. beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or until well blended. let stand 1 minute. gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cool whip. spoon over bananas in crust.
3.)refrigerate 4 hours or until set. top with remaining 1/2 cup cool whip just before serving. store leftover pie in the refigerator. Smiley
