I cannot tell everyone how excited I am that there is so much concern and interest in the school system (Cairo kids). Thank you.

By the way, is that why test scores are improving? Are they permanently suspending kids?

They had an un-Godly high suspension rate. So, yes, it had a huge impact on the graduation rate.
